A former tenant gave me a phone, and elderly lady had passed away a few days ago; her son’s were giving away the entire contents of her apartment. I received a call from the management office that a bed (queen sized), round table, two chairs, love seat couch, TV table, silverware, and snack tables were mine for the asking. I jumped right on this opportunity. In approximately one hour, my bare bones apartment was fully furnished. No more sleeping on the floor for me! WOW!
