 By Ken Hughes Feb. 14, 2007 It seems everyone and his butler wants to claim fathering baby Anna Nicole. It’s not the 400 million the infant may inherit they just don’t want her to grow up an orphan and a bastard child. And we thought Condors and Buzzards were an endangered species. Celebrity Divas are having a tough time attracting media attention these days. While on a celebrity publicity hunt this past week Anna Nicole Smith passed away from unknown causes, [that’s all we know for now.] that’s an extreme for an attention getter. Not that I’m suggesting she purposely caused her own death, my choice is the boyfriend. The truly sad thing is she leaves so many victims, an infant who doesn’t stand a chance in hell of growing up to live a normal life. This child is going to be fought over like the last glass of Bud Lite at a Keg party. The public becomes a victim the media and the cable networks will milk this like a prize Holstein Cow at a Wisconsin Fair. Geraldo’s back on Fox he and Greta will speculate enough on this story to last the rest of the year. The real victim is the baby Anna Nicole left behind she will be fought over for the rest of her life. These children of celebrities who’re left behind when their parents die become the worst victims of child abuse anyone can imagine. They’re over indulged, over manipulated all for the sake of money. We see now all the men who are stepping up claiming to be the babies father let the legal battles begin. If this baby belonged to waitress Anna Nicole would any one of these men claim paternity and offer support, no-way. Look at the people who will make this situation a cash-cow in the foreseeable future. Anna Nicolas friends, family, the media and the Bahamian Government will all want what they perceive to be their fair share. It isn’t beyond the possibility that Billionaire Smiths children lay claim to the child for no other reason than to save 400 million dollars in inheritance. I would have tossed my hat in the father ring but I’m to lazy to fight the good fight it will take to come out the winner. That and by the time this thing is settled I will have left this world and come back as someone or something else.
