Chef, David Carrier, put together a menu that combines locally caught seafood and oysters, with first class cuts of pork, chicken, or steak, teamed up with exquisite organic vegetables and fruits, infused with a delicate balance of herbs and spices to temp every palate. She holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Management and a Masters Degree in Business Management.
