Oct. 22, 2006 From Columbia , South Carolina came a short note concerning “William “Junior” Downs ”. William “was put to death by lethal injection for the 1999 kidnapping, rape and murder of a 6-year-old South Carolina boy.” Quote: “Downs said he deserved to die” and I sure could not agree more because I learned also that “Downs…pleaded guilty in 2005 to kidnapping, raping and killing a 10-year-old boy in Augusta in 1991.” Mr. Downs’ end was too calm and peaceful but fitting for a serial rapist and murderer. From Wichita, Kansas: “A man accused of setting fire to a camper as his two young sons slept inside pleaded guilty to reduced murder charges, sparing him the death penalty.” Quote: “Robert Fox admitted he caused the deaths of Chance Fox, 6, and Rowdy Fox, 4…Initially charged with first-degree murder, Fox pleaded guilty to two counts of reckless second-degree murder.” It turns out he killed his sons “because of a fight with their mother” so now he gets to spend a minimum of 18 years and a possible maximum of 82 years in some prison, at taxpayer expense, sucking up three hot meals and a comfy cot, while two young boys rot in their graves. Tehran , Iran : “ Iran awarded Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez its highest state medal…for supporting Tehran in its nuclear standoff…” Chavez is quoted: “Let’s save the human race, let’s finish off the U.S. empire. This [task] must be assumed with strength by the majority of the peoples of the world.” Chavez said President Bush was “so evil he must talk with the devil” and he was condemning of Israel ’s attempts to defend itself against terrorist Hezbollah. I suppose it is a good thing that we all know Chavez is a tyrannical puke who is simply seeking the attention of the recently divorced Cindy Sheehan, the effervescing, one-hit-wonder Harry Belafonte and that Iranian puke-faced little tyrant Ahmadinejad, so I’ll just boil a bowl of grits Chavez can kiss. Athens , Georgia : “A man sentenced to six consecutive life sentences in 2000 for rapes is asking for another trial. Poniel Caruth, 51, filed a motion contending the judge influenced jurors by telling them to “pay attention” during testimony. Jurors found Caruth guilty of raping four women in 1996.” That was the entire article but I thought it interesting that the “perp” is seeking retrial because the judge was doing his job keeping the jury awake and alert during testimony. I can understand why Caruth would have preferred a sleeping jury. He might then have reasonable cause for a retrial. I believe the “six consecutive life sentences” far too short a sentence for that idiot rapist. Yuma , Arizona : “A man accused of trying to flee from Border Patrol agents before crashing a vehicle pack with illegal immigrants, killing nine, was accused of leading authorities on a similarly dangerous chase last year.” This article went on to explain that in the previous chase case this driver, “Adan Pineda Doval, 20, was sentenced on a misdemeanor charge according to records…” It seems Mr. Doval was given another opportunity to commit vehicular homicide. Quote: “Pineda is in federal custody [now] on a charge of felony transportation of illegal aliens.” You might think murder charges would be more appropriate. Freehold, New Hampshire : “A priest who enjoyed exotic vacations and drove fancy cars has pleaded guilty to embezzling more than 12 million from his parish, a judge said.” This fellow was Rev. Joseph W. Hughes “who led the parish for 16 years [and] had set up a secret account in a local bank…He also used a church credit card for personal reasons.” Further…”the pilfering extended over a seven year period.” A few years in jail after a specialized de-frocking might be in order for this bad minister. This is a severe breach of trust. I thought it interesting though that one of the teachings of scripture is to not be a borrower or a lender, yet the church and parish Rev. Hughes presided over uses “credit cards”. St. Charles , Missouri : “Authorities rescued a newborn from a trash bin behind a restaurant and police said the baby’s 22-year-old mother was under investigation.” Well, I should hope so! With all the abortion clinics available to women of “choice” these days it is certainly a crime to choose to abort your baby after it is already breathing outside the womb! The baby was about “10 weeks pre-mature” so there was still liberal amounts of time (pun intended) for a liberal-court-stayed-partial-birth-abortion. I’m sure there will be buckets of sympathy for the “mother” who really didn’t want her child. Just employ the “Andrea Yates” defense! New York City , New York : “A 40-year-old man was arrested on charges he fondled two [very young] girls.” “Keith Paladin, 40, of Queens , was being held pending arraignment on charges of first-degree sexual abuse…” The first girl was 11-years-old. The second girl was 12-years-old and if I was on this jury Mr. Paladin might not see 41-years-old, but then we have… San Diego , California : “A man arrested after returning from Mexico with a 5-year-old boy on his lap was indicted by a federal grand jury on charges of kidnapping, child molestation and trafficking in child pornography.” This guy was “62-year-old” Earl Venton Buchanan and he is facing up to “life in prison if convicted on all charges”. Old Earl is fortunate I am not going to be the judge for his case Well gang, I receive a steady reading diet of such stories every day from the local “Stars and Stripes”. I would “Google” the names but I don’t really care which of these people are black or white or Hispanic or gay. I don’t care if they are liberal, conservative, moderate democrat or republican; why? Because they are all criminal scum. Oh, they’ll have their excuses and their defenses and their alibis. Some will return as repeat offenders; while others like William Downs will get the juices of death they so richly deserve. You can ask the “whys” all you want and the same answer will be staring you right in the face. Most of these folks were in public education when Madeline Murray O’Hare led the rape of public education of religious and moral instruction. Most of these above were educated by the current crop of Spirit-estranged human worshippers. The only exceptions in the many “shorts” mentioned are Hugo Chavez (the tyrannical jerk) and Pineda Doval (Mexican runner and killer of illegal immigrants). The rest are creatures bred by a public education that consists of multiculturalism and other liberal clap-trap teaching the religions of atheism and the moral relativism of the irreligious.
