July 19, 2006 Millions! Dead! Dying! The grief! The anger! I can't handle it. I must do something. I must go back to finishing that tunnel in my basement where I've stored arms. Three thousand dead on September the 11th, and we go to war with two nations. Twenty five hundred died on December 7th, 1941, and we enter World War Two. With millions slaughtered each year – not just civilians, not just children, but UNBORN children - we simply must act! The horror! Oh, how I cry as I think about those little people, how I almost miss them even though I don't know them. How it saddens me that their little lives were terminated before they had the joy of their first breath of fresh air, their first swim in cool water under a gleaming sun, their first hormone induced kiss, their first taste of pizza with extra cheese and Italian sausage. How awful that they won't spend 90 wonderful years on this little rock. How vile that they go straight to Heaven, directly into a blissful eternity of joy without the bother of Satan and his temptations, and miss out on cool spring mornings and starry warm summer nights. Well, at least they won't be lonely! No sir, heaven is full of them! Since 60% of pregnancies end in “natural abortions”, they will be in good company. As a matter of fact, they will be hard pressed to find souls that have actually been born up in that cloud-filled nirvana! I don't think I can tolerate hearing one more self-righteous religious nut go on about the millions of babies murdered by abortion each year. Why do we allow this kind of rhetoric in our society? How few really believe this nonsense? Do you, the reader? If so, where is your anger? Your passion!? Why not couple this with Ann Coulter's advice and begin killing liberals in earnest? Are you chicken? Yellow? Whimpish? No, you are a coward. An intellectually weak, red-faced, ranting, coward; a lightweight in the gray matter department. How you must fume that even the Republican party seems to be turning away, albeit slowly, from this “life at conception” superstition. First you lose a few key ID battles, and now this?! Perhaps you should start your own party? It's the least you could do and still save face. Doing so will help the Democrats in the short term (as third parties always hurt one of the two main parties), yes, but, will your conscious allow you any less? NO! Go ahead! You can do it! God wants you to do it! How often a conservative talking head will accuse the left of propaganda, but nothing comes close to this nonsense. How often the left points to real world examples of liberal policies raising the standards of humanity to never before seen levels in return. What an ironic world. I hear it's nice in Conservadontexiststan. They don't allow abortions there. In this wondrous land, free market radicalism and Biblical morality rule side by side and give citizens an awesome standard of living.
