Jan. 4, 2006 I must report that once again my infitration was successful. I was not noticed. In fact the people here were beginning to think of me as one of their own. A definite sign that I needed to lay low for a while, after I finished. The meeting began in their usual way. Bragging about their intellectual and moral superiority over eveyone else. (never mind that they haven't won an election since 1996). Today was an interesting meeting. They were raising funds for world leaders they admired. Kim Jong Il, Fidel Castro, Hugo Chavez, and Mahmoud Ahmadinjad(president of Iran) Apparently they believe North Korea to be more democratic than the U.S. Fidel Castro to be a real friend of the people(someone should tell that to the thousands he has locked up for no reason) That Hugo is the future, and they were very enthusiastic about President Ahmadinijad's statement "I'll stop Christianity in this country." They stood and applauded when they heard that statement. The man next to me leaned over and said "we've got to try that in this country" I tried to ignore him but his body odor was so overpowering that it was hard to block him out. The first speaker got up. I couldn't tell who it was at first, then I heard a voice with a distinct Arkansas accent. "This NSA program to monitor terrorists is unconstitutional and threatens our civil liberties. Terrorists should have the same rights as everyone else. There is never any excuse for it." Here he lowers his head and mumbles "except when I used the same strategy when I was president" The first speaker walked off the stage, from the wings I could hear a scream "YARRGH! We can't win! YARRGGH!" Before he could get to the microphone he was tackled and dragged away I could see someone getting medicine and feeding him his pills. I actually felt sorry for the next poor soul. He walked up and began "If we're for freedom and democracy, womens rights, why are we not supporting them in Iraq?" This question brought such jeers and threats of violence that he had to make a quick exit back to connecticut. This was all I could stomach, so I quietly made my exit. I put my notes away and knew that I would be back one day, someone had to keep an eye on these people. Until next time. ------------ About the author: Craig Chamberlain has written more than 100 articles for Useless-Knowledge.com.
