The Three Most Painful Words

In-operable - permanent - damage.

Many of you have been with me through my battle against the constant pain in my back. Well, today I find out that my back cannot be operated on because they are afraid of severing a nerve. So what does that hold for me? At this point, I don't know.

I've already cried over it. I have to live now for my kids if not just for Dan. I have to try to get in as many memories as they can handle. Memories of Mom running through the zoo with a water pistol or water bottle. I have to teach them to not worry about me, because I will live. I want to go shopping with my daughter when she comes home for Spring Break.

This column is hard for em to write because I really do not know what will happen next. This was my third opinion. I seem to have run out of options except for depends and a power scooter.

But at least I could tie the wagon onto the back of the scooter and give the baby rides around the block. I could chase the cat in my scooter too. The only thing it that the scooters either come in red or black, no orange. I guess I can make motor covers in Tony's colors. put a bike flag on and a bell that is for a tricycle.

I can't take the plane or train to go see my Mom. That is until we get a better car. Even at that it will take two days to get there.

I'm sorry this is short, but I just can't think of anything else to write.
