Feb. 22, 2006 This Chart was sent to me from another Astrologer who said she couldn't see the answer to the question. I cast the chart and saw the whole story. There are many different branches of Astrology. Horary Astrology is simply asking a question and casting the chart for the time and when the Astrologer receives and understands the Question . It would be irresponsible for the astrologer to predict a positive or negative answer to this type of questions. People have free will and need to make their own choices. It is not the Astrologer's job to make these types of decisions for folks! It is quite possible that the quadrant already has decided on what to do and needs help to confirm what her intuition is telling her. What Astrology does is give the Quadrant insight about the planetary energies surrounding the question and different approaches to dealing with the situation. The first thing the Astrologer does is check out PLANTARY PLACEMENTS and try to explain it in a way that Astrologers and Laymen can understand and that is this Astrologer's Challenge. The First step is to compare the Planetary Hour with the Natural Ruler of the Ascendant. In this Chart, the Ascendant in Aries and the Planetary Hour is Mars which is the traditional ruler of Aries. This confirms that this is a RADICAL CHART! In other words, this is likely to be an Accurate Horary Chart. In Horary Astrology - The Players in the story behind the question are found by following the Natural Planetary Rulers of the Ascendant and Seventh House. In this chart, Aries is the Ascendant and Libra is the Seventh House. This reveals that the situation behind the question is the conflict between Self and Partnership.
