Aug. 23, 2006 We have a rouge nation ruled by a genocidal anti semite who wants to kill all of the jews in the world, this country is in a race to develope weapons that will make it almost impossible to deal with,and looks back to a mythic past and wants to create a new empire. The west engages in endless negotiations and appeasment to avoid a war. Well, it's not 1938 and I'm not talking about Germany. It's 2006 and I'm talking about Iran. Irans official response is:up yours. Oh, I'm sure they put it a bit more diplomatically, something along the lines of continued negotiations, but at the same time they aren't going to stop their enrichment or allow inspectors in their nuclear sites. They have made it very clear that they aren't going to let anyone near their underground, fortified, enrichment sites. But not to worry, it's all for peaceful purposes. With the assurances of the theocractic regime I can now rest easy, we have nothing to worry about. Oh, yeah there are all those talks about using missiles to wipe Israel (the little Satan) and the U.S.(the great Satan) off the face of the Earth. Oh they won't be able to get to us for awhile, but that doesn't mean that they aren't feverishly working towards that goal. It's partly theological, they believe that they can bring about the end of the world, and coax the hidden Imam (or whatever it is they call him) out of hiding and bring about the apocalypse. Instead of taking action to such madness no one does anything. Iran's European enablers allow for endless negotiations, hoping to please both sides. They don't want to lose their contracts in Iran, but at the same time they want to show to the U.S. that they have a backbone, that they will do something to Iran if they are not in compliance. They know it is safer to anger Americans than it is to anger an apocalyptic sociopath who believes that it is his destiny to bring about the end of the world. So Bush is equated with Hitler, while the real nazis are given a pass.( an aside note: at a protest in Tehran someone was carrying the usual brain dead sign with a picture of Bush with a little Hitler mustache painted on him. Was that meant as a compliment? After all the Muslim world doesn't believe the holocaust really happened, and Mein Kampf is a best seller from Tangiers to Tehran. These braindead psychos rant and rave about how the holocaust never happened, that it is all a Jewish lie, but at the same time they need to finish their Fuerhers work. Now does anyone wonder why we should take these people seriously?) Instead of doing everything we can to undermine the regime, we legitimize it by negotiating with them.
