Apr. 24, 2006 When you have a female working in the adult entertainment industry disaster can only be eminent. Yes I hear the money is very good if you dance in a gentlemen's club or even making porno's. One thing for sure if you are used to great money and see a bigger payday on the horizon then she will go for it every time. One woman cried rape and a basketball player's image was on the line. Another said it happened to her when Mike Tyson invited her to his room. Most women would not go because of the fact that they have no ulterior motives. Its the big payoff that makes a few women play the bait and switch game. Now we have some college sport players facing charges. The woman who said that she was raped is now saying she wasn't but she was called a racial name and that should be enough.. Me calling someone a kike, nigger, wap, wetback or slope is a far cry from telling the police I tried to kill them. I am not casting disparaging remarks towards all women but a handful. The laws have been twisted. We used to use the law to place the bad element in jail but now it is all for the love of money. We let an O.J. go free while a Pee Wee loses his career over some silly sexual act where all adults are present. We have no priorities in this country. Men go free for molesting a child. We give them another chance, yeah, to do it again. Martha does time for using a tip she received but Blake goes free for being old. What the hell is our world coming to? The laws need to be redefined, big time. Awarding someone a million dollars for spilling hot coffee on themselves is absurd. Law should be cut and dry. If you do a crime then the punishment should fit. One man can't be placed in prison for stealing when another gets a few months for beating some half to death. A man just got arrested for counterfeiting a billion dollar bill. As far as I can see, if a billion dollar bill never existed in the first place then he committed no crime but he is in prison. First of all, why a billion dollar bill? Second of all, why the need to make two hundred and fifty of them? Be that as it may, we are heading down a path with disaster written all over it. A teacher who is 22 and a student who is 19 were seeing each other. She was fired and placed in custody. I am three years older then my wife, I better watch myself. This is my rundown of the standards we should have. Murder is murder and if found guilty life in prison should be the only sentence given. Car theft should be fifteen years no longer and not a year less. Child molesting should get the man or the woman life only for the fact that a child placed its unconditional trust in adults. Any adult that uses a child's trust should be put away for life. Drunk driving is another story. Once you cross the line you should do at least a year. The second offence should get you ten in the pen only because you should be charged with attempted murder. I am just blowing off steam here but I hope I made a point. If we give a man five months for beating his wife to near death and turn around and plea bargain with a murder for the same prison time then we are just being sick. Prisons should be just that. I have rabbit ears on my television but prisoners are watching cable with heat and hot water. They enjoy the gym and get to work in the book store. Prisons should be inhuman to fit the inhumane act that was committed. Some prisoners live a better life then we do. Make them suffer, please just a little?
