 By Argile Stox Dec. 29, 2005 Hello, My Name Is Argile Stox, Let's put it this way - I am Pissed Off at PublishAmerica. 'Why,' you ask? As I pound the keyboard, my mind is seething regarding a reply generated by PublishAmerica - concerning a complaint I had made to the New York State, Attorney General's Office, Internet Division. Without going into much detail, PublishAmerica libeled Tracy Sutterer and this writer. As I read PublishAmerica's reply (that I just received from the New York State Attorney General's Internet Division. It was dated: August 18, 2005 ) I almost began to froth at the mouth (like a rabid dog). PublishAmerica twisted facts and outright lied about my discontent concerning their printing operation. Tracy Sutterer read the reply and began to laugh. Meanwhile, my blood pressure nearly burst out of my skull. "What are you laughing about, Tracy?" She smirked and said, "Well, I expected that the staff at PublishAmerica would compose a reply with fraudulent facts and spinning the argument into their favor." I stared at her for a moment, and I too - began to laugh. However, as I re-read the reply - my mind was formulating a response. I will not go into any detail here. Yet, you can bet your one dollar advance, that PublishAmerica will not have the final word. The thing I love about these United States of America - an individual can make noise legally, and the right individual(s) will listen. Their interests will be peaked as I deliver evidence that PublishAmerica can not refute. Every dog has his day. Well, this dog has flea's - and they are ready to begin their mission to make PublishAmerica itch - and itch - and itch! I am a likable guy. The friendships I have developed over the years, are strong. The individual's who call themselves "Friends of Argile Stox" are a very loyal bunch. From the get-go, they knew that I am not an individual who lies down and plays dead. They have seen me in action; I have assisted them when the chips were down - and they saw first hand how this dog hunts. They are aware that I do not enjoy being backed into a corner - for I charge out of the corner with the fury of one hundred and one spooked, angry stallions. I am also a fair, compassionate, and understanding guy. I understand that we are all human. If an individual makes a "Freudian Slip" during a heated discussion - I pick up on that, and a discussion begins. For Freudian Slips have meaning, and that meaning must be discussed and settled. PublishAmerica's reply to the New York State Attorney General - Internet Division, had numerous Freudian Slips, and was full of misinformation. PublishAmerica - I am giving you one last opportunity to retract the fictional statements contained in a letter to the New York State Attorney General, Internet Division, Dated: August 18, 2005. To the staff at PublishAmerica - I am aware that you are only repeating in the letter, what your superiors have spoon-fed to you. Everyone at PublishAmerica has an opportunity to set the record straight. It would be in your best interests to apologize to this writer and Tracy Sutterer for the denigrating statements made in the past. I am a generous guy. PublishAmerica, you have until 5:30pm (Mountain Time), January 4, 2006 to issue a complete apology to this writer and Tracy Sutterer, via e-mail, and to the New York State Attorney General - Internet Division. If the apology is not received by the date and time mentioned - this writer will, at 5:31pm (Mountain Time), January 4, 2006, begin a media and legal campaign exposing, for all the world to see - each piece of evidence that I have collected. This is PublishAmerica's last opportunity to undo the smear campaign aimed at Argile Stox and Tracy Sutterer. Make your decision wisely, for you have already made a complete fool of yourselves at a previous arbitration hearing. I am aware that PublishAmerica subscribes to the "Any publicity, good or bad, is publicity." However, when the media and the courts have received hard copy evidence of your arrogance and scam operation, the key players of PublishAmerica will be in the same legal, media jam as the key players of Enron. Think about what I am trying to convey to everyone at PublishAmerica.
