Dec. 5, 2005 Dennis L. Siluk Is Columnist Of The Year. I voted for Timothy N. Stelly, Sr. My computer would not let me vote every twenty-four hours - but whenever I could vote for Mr. Stelly, I did so. I even went to the library so that I could keep voting for Mr. Stelly. I admire his style. Nevertheless, the more I inquire about Dennis L. Siluk, the more I am convinced that he also deserves the honor of being UK's Columnist Of The Year. I started researching Mr. Siluk's books on the Amazon Site. The man writes poetry about Peruvian Culture and the beauty of the Andes Mountains . That is enough to send warm fuzzy sensations right into my heart chakra. His writings are like Pumpkin Soup with fresh baked bread- Spicy, exotic and comforting. I also noticed that a few UK writers wrote some really terrible reviews about Mr. Silik's books. What is so bad about poetry? What motivates a body to write bad reviews. This is interfering with somebody's livelihood. The only reason that seems to make sense is meanspirited jealousy. I frequently write reviews on books that I purchase on the Amazon Site. I usually have to buy the used books because of financial realities. This does not improve the finances of the author so the least I can do is write a nice review for their books. Most of the books that I purchase are on Astrology. I need them for professional reasons. Several months ago, I purchased some used books on Love Formulas and Solar Returns. They were purchased directly from the author. She contacted me because of a potential mistake by Amazon. When I told her what I needed the books for, she included an additional book at no charge. I noticed that someone had written a derogatory review on her Solar Return book. It was quite obvious that he was also clueless about anything regarding Astrology. I doubt if he even read the book. The only reason he has to deliberately ruin someone's professional reputation is that he's a jerk. Happily, I was able to balance things out by writing a positive review on all of her books. The readers should take me serious because I know Astrology and I read the books. In my not so humble opinion, the schmucks who wrote the negative reviews on Mr. Siluk's books deserve to join that other guy who got the short end of the measuring stick contest. I am sure that Dennis L. Siluk will still be laughing his way to the bank. Timothy Stelly is a good man.
